We’re proud to announce that two attorneys from Messina & Hankin, LLP, John A. Messina and Mary E. Gram, earned a place on the 2017 list for California! Their work on the case of Estate of Norman v. Webb earned them the 31st rank on the Top 40 List of Wrongful Death Settlements.
The case was a particularly complex one, involving assault and battery, use of excessive force, and wrongful death. However, thanks to the work of the Firm’s legal team, and the incredible support staff behind them, they were able to achieve an outstanding outcome for their clients. As publicly reported, the two parties reached a settlement agreement of $450,000!
The Firm is extremely proud of this career achievement which demonstrates their ability to effectively represent their clients and fight to recover compensation for the damages they have sustained.
